Inspirera Konspirera rf is a non-profit artistic association founded in 2023 by dancer-choreographer Karolina Ginman, actor-director Rasmus Slätis and dancer Marlon Moilanen. It administrates and produces projects and stage works.

Monthly workshops for people with functional variations led by Ginman & Slätis at Fyren service-centre in Hanko since 2021. The group creates outdoor performances as part of Hangö Teaterträff- festival since 2022.
